St. Manchan's turn the tide in second half to blow away Fenagh Gortletteragh

Long delayed Final comes to dramatic conclusion

Three second half goals saw St. Manchan's turn Saturday's Leitrim U21 A Championship Final on its head as they swamped Fenagh Gortletteragh to claim the title in Pairc Sheain Ui Eslin, Ballinamore.

ST. MANCHAN'S 3-9 FENAGH GORTLETTERAGH 1-9

Fenagh Gortletteragh had led the long postponed and controversial Final 1-6 to 0-5 at the halftime break and can consider themselves unlucky not to be much further ahead as they completely dominated the first half with their pace, aggression and intent.

Oisin Madden pounced on a poor Fenagh Gortletteragh kickout to score a crucial second goal with 11 minutes left and Michael Bohan tapped in a loose ball less than two minutes from time to complete a famous victory.
