Leitrim fans may be excused for being a little bit greedy next Sunday when they travel to Echelon Park in Aughrim as the county's mens and ladies football teams search for the wins that would keep their National League promotion hopes alive.
Up first in the famed Wicklow venue is the Men's team with Andy Moran's side now back top of the Allianz Division 4 table but with five teams all within a point of each other, each game is now assuming monumental proportions. Wicklow shocked Laois last weekend and will target a win over Leitrim to keep Oisin McConville's team on track for a promotion.
Jonny Garrity's Ladies team know that a draw against Wicklow in Sunday's Lidl LGFA Division 4B tie will be enough to send them into the League semi-finals but they will be wary against a Wicklow side who defeated them in Drumshanbo in last year's All-Ireland Intermediate championship campaign.
The Leitrim Supporters Club are organising a bus to Aughrim next Sunday. If you wish to book a seat on the bus, contact Jerome McWeeney ASAP at 0876370051. Bookings need to be confirmed by Thursday evening latest.
Laois can go back top of the table on Saturday when they host Waterford in MW Hire O'Moore Park while Sunday sees two massive games with Leitrim travelling to Wicklow and Sligo hosting Wexford. Both Wicklow and Wexford are just a point adrift of the Connacht duo in the table but from here on in, it becomes very tricky.
Leitrim will finish their campaign with home games against Laois (March 19) and Sligo (March 26) while Laois finish off their campaign with a trip to Ruislip. Sligo travel to Carlow in their penultimate game over the St Patrick's weekend while there is an absolutely massive game with Leinster neighbours Wicklow and Wexford meeting on Saturday March 18, in Chadwicks Wexford Park.
Wicklow finish their campaign by travelling to Dungarvan to take on Waterford while Wexford have a slight advantage by hosting Carlow in their final game.

Leitrim got themselves right back in the Allianz NFL Division 4 promotion race when they handed Carlow a 2-22 to 0-13 hammering in Avant Money Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada in front of delighted Green & Gold fans on Sunday.
