'Here's an odd one' - Gardaí in unusual alert to reunite owner with missing balls
Gardaí have issued a bizarre alert to find the owner of two bowling balls in Dublin.
They took to social media with the unusual items and said: "Here's an odd one for you. Our members from Fitzgibbon Street Station recovered these bowling balls in a search last week and are looking to reunite them with their bowler.
"Do you have any information that could help us find their owner? If so, contact Fitzgibbon Street at (01) 666 8400."
The post attracted a lot of comments from the public. One person wrote: "Hopefully this post will strike it lucky with the owner after their recent split."
