Figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives' Organisation for today, Monday, November 21 shows that there are 7 patients on trolleys in Sligo University Hospital.
In Letterkenny General Hospital there are 21 people on trolleys; at Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe there are 10, at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar there are 24 and at University Hospital Galway there are 19. There is no one waiting trolleys in Cavan General Hospital.
Nationally, the overall total shows 397 people currently on hospital trolleys.
