Seamus Farrell, Drumsna, Co. Leitrim and late of Inchcleraun, Newtowncashel, Co. Longford. December 4th 2017 (peacefully) at Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle, surrounded by his loving family.Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Patricia, sons James, Liam (Limerick) and Padraig (Trim), daughters Brid (USA) and Fema, sister Bridget (London), sons-in-law David and Alan, daughters-in-law Anne, Caroline and Ann-Marie, grandchildren Hannah, Eoghan, Finan, Marc, Ava, Aisling, Laura, Claire, Sean and Rachel, sister-in-law Monica, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest In Peace

Reposing at his residence on Thursday from 1 o'clock until 6 o'clock with removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Drumsna arriving at 8 o'clock. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 1.30 o'clock with funeral afterwards to Annaduff Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, to Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

David Dooley, Dristernan, Drumshanbo, Leitrim / Arigna, Roscommon

David Dooley, Dristernan, Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim, formerly Arigna, Co. Roscommon, December 5th 2017, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Beloved son of the late Annie B and Bill and brother of the late Dermot. “May he rest in peace”

Sadly missed by his loving brothers Liam (Ballyhaunis) and Ron ( Long Island, N.Y.), his friend Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family, neighbours and his many friends. Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon on Thursday evening, from 4.00 o’clock until 5.45 o’clock. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Drumshanbo, arriving 6.30 o’clock. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday morning at 11.30 o’clock. Interment afterwards in Drumshanbo New Cemetery.

Helen (Eileen) Flanagan (née Duignan) Portobello, Croghan, Boyle, Roscommon

Helen (Eileen) Flanagan, nee Duignan, died Tuesday 5th December, peacefully in the loving care of the Doctors, Nurses, Staff and Palliative care team at the Plunkett community nursing unit, Boyle, Surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late John Joe, sadly missed by her sorrowing family, Sons Vincent, Kevin and David, Daughters-in-law Caroline, Mary Rose and Mary, Nieces Nuala and Phil, Nephew Anthony and much loved grandchildren Rebecca, Tom, Jack, JJ, Dan, Luke, Hugh, Colm and Roisin, relatives, neighbours and friends. "Rest in peace"

Reposing at her son Vincent's home, Portobello, Croghan, Boyle on Wednesday (6th December) from 2pm to 6pm followed by removal to St Patrick's Church, Elphin arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12noon with burial immediately afterwards to Caldra Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Plunkett home patient comfort fund.

Philomena Guckian, Drumgownagh, Kilnagross, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim

Mrs Philomena Guckian, Drumgownagh, Kilnagross, Carrick On Shannon, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of the doctors, nurses, and staff of The Monsignor Young Unit at St. Patrick’s Hospital, Carrick-on-Shannon. Predeceased by her loving husband Denny, loving Mother of Mona, Colette, Gerard, and Declan, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, and a large circle of friends. Remains reposing at St. Patrick’s hospital Chapel this Wednesday evening from 3pm to 6pm with removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Gowel arriving at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Thursday with burial afterwards in Kiltoghert Cemetery. Family flowers only please donations in lieu of flowers to The Monsignor Young Unit, St. Patrick’s Hospital, Carrick-on-Shannon.

Mary Bredin (née Furey), Tullyskerney, Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim / Glenties, Co Donegal

The death has occurred peacefully at her home of Mary Bredin (née Furey), Tullyskerney, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Ardpatrick, Glenties, Co Donegal. Sadly missed by her loving husband Johnny, her heartbroken daughters Karen, Rosaleen and Laura, her adoring grandchildren Aaron, Eirinn and Mathew, her brothers Jimmy, Martin, Vincent, Michael, her sister Rosaleen, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, extended family and friends. Cathal Flynn, Boltown, Crossakiel, Kells, Meath / Blacklion, Cavan

The death has occurred of Cathal Flynn, suddenly at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Myles and Cecilia, his sister Mary and brother Jimmy. Sadly missed by his loving wife Kathrine, children Deirdre, Brian and Caitriona, sons-in-law Ronan and Derek and daughter-in-law Jenny, his grandchildren Ailbhe and Oran. Brothers Frankie, John, Kevin, Desmond and Eamonn, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives many friends. Removal on Wednesday morning to Ballinlough Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 12pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Ettie Clinton (née Loftus), Chapel St and 1 Chapel View, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo

The death has occurred of Ettie Clinton (née Loftus), Chapel St and 1 Chapel View, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo. Predeceased by her husband Cyril. Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital on Saturday, December 2nd after a short illness bravely borne. Treasured and devoted mother of Annette, Dr. Declan, Caroline, Brian and Sinead. Cherished sister of the late Dr.J.V, Martin and Kevin. Deeply missed by her brothers Dr. Mickey, Dan, Dr Declan, Finian, Dr Colm, Liam and Shane and her sister Siobhan, her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, her beloved grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in St. Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina, with burial immediately afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
